A blog is basically a web-based diary in which you can give advice, promote a product, share a story and post videos or pictures. A blog is simply another way for you to tell your community what's on your mind and show your expertise and passion for what you do. The best thing about blogs is they are great for search engines! They tend to be rich in key words, updated frequent (search engines love fresh content) and can be easily shared throughout the Internet with social media sites. Blogging allows you to post a specific focus or timely information, usually in smaller "bites" than digging through your website. When you write you allow the reader to get a feel for you, your company and your style. Remember it doesn't matter HOW people find you - it's just important that they do! |
